Switcher Techno is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer specializing in Point Of Sale (POS) Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience and demonstrates strong communication abilities and data management skills. This role focuses on assisting customers in resolving technical issues, guiding them through software operations, and ensuring a seamless user experience with Switcher Technos POS and ERP solutions. The position does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration with internal departments to address customer needs effectively. The Customer Support Officer plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support. The role demands patience, problem-solving skills, and an ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner. Attention to detail is essential in managing customer data and maintaining accurate records of inquiries and resolutions. This position contributes directly to the operational efficiency and success of Switcher Technos software services by ensuring end users can maximize the benefits of the POS and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
 

  • Provide expert support and guidance to customers using Point Of Sale (POS) systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to POS and ERP software, using troubleshooting techniques and available resources.
  • Assist customers in software installation, configuration, and updates to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the companys database.
  • Collaborate with development, sales, and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve software functionality.
  • Deliver clear instructions and training materials to help customers understand and operate POS and ERP systems efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance and report recurring problems to the appropriate teams for long-term solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations while handling customer information.
  • Continuously update knowledge of POS and ERP systems to provide informed support and recommend best practices to customers.
