Customer Service Trainee

We’re hiring a Customer Service Trainee (Abandoned Cart) in Karachi.

At The Needs — A Group of Companies, we are looking for a motivated individual who can handle customer follow-ups, recover abandoned carts, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy talking to customers in a helpful and persuasive manner, this role is a great starting point for your career.

Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi

Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What you’ll do:

• Follow up with customers who left items in their cart without completing purchase
• Communicate with customers via chat, email, and calls in a polite and professional manner
• Convince and guide customers to complete their orders
• Handle basic customer queries and objections
• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and conversions
• Coordinate with the sales/support team for smooth order completion

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (spoken + written)
• Good written communication for chats and emails
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic understanding of online shopping / e-commerce is a plus
• Ability to handle repetitive follow-ups with patience
• Willingness to learn and improve sales communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in customer service, call center, or online chat support
• Basic sales or persuasion skills
• Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
