As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our US Operations team as Customer Support Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with US-based customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to ensure customer satisfaction

Preferred Skills

• Strong spoken and written English communication
• Basic computer and typing skills

No prior experience required. Full training will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 30,000 – PKR 35,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
