About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our US-based customers, delivering exceptional service with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Provide accurate information while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain and update customer records using CRM software.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve team objectives.
• Follow company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism during every interaction.

• Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000–45,000
