About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our US-based customers, providing exceptional service with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

You'll assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding customer service. Whether you're beginning your career or looking to grow within the customer support industry, we provide comprehensive paid training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Deliver accurate information while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain and update customer information using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Follow company policies and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in every interaction.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000–45,000

Job Details

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
