As we continue to expand our US Operations, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our US-based customers. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Update and maintain customer records using CRM software.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Follow company policies and uphold the highest standards of professionalism during every customer interaction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000–45,000
• Performance-based incentives

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
