Track-Pad is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Junior Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.

If you have Ecommerce customer support experience and enjoy helping customers while ensuring a smooth order process, we'd love to hear from you.

Junior Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative.
• Hands-on experience with Order Confirmation & E-commerce
• Familiar with Shopify and WordPress.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Salary: 30,000 Basic +Commission ( Based on Your Performance)

• Full-Time ( 9AM TO 6 PM )
• On-Site
