Lensures Creative Studio is looking for a Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and incoming leads
• Convert leads and confirm orders
• Coordinate with customers and vendors
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication & customer dealing skills
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Prior customer support/sales experience is a plus

Karachi | Full-Time
Location: SMCHS Block A
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
Work Mode: On-Site
