Customer Calling Agent

Job Summary:
Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset. This role involves making outbound calls and converting leads into successful sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Promote company services and close sales
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a night shift
• Target-oriented and motivated personality
