Position: Data Analyst

Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the Retail/FMCG industry
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Strong command of MS Excel (Advanced), SQL, and Power BI
• Experience analyzing sales, inventory, customer, and operational data
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, business reporting, and dashboard development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales, inventory, and customer data to identify trends and business opportunities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for business stakeholders
• Monitor key retail KPIs including sales performance, stock movement, and product performance
• Ensure data accuracy by validating and cleaning data from multiple sources
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to provide actionable business insights
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and business decision-making through data analysis

Salary: Up to PKR 100,000 (depending on experience)
