We're Hiring: Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. If you have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately.
• Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness.
• Organize and manage digital records and documents.
• Generate reports as required by management.
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure information security.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform general administrative support when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Data Entry or Administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
