Job Description

ABS International is looking for a motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Data Entry & Social Media Outreach specialist. This full-time, onsite role is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data entry tasks and executing social media outreach initiatives to support business growth and lead generation. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle data accurately while engaging potential leads across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain comprehensive records.
- Research and identify relevant social media accounts, pages, businesses, influencers, and potential leads on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct outreach via direct messages, emails, and other communication channels to professionally engage potential leads.
- Clearly communicate business opportunities and potential collaborations to prospects.
- Build and maintain detailed databases of leads and social media contacts.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure all communications are properly documented.
- Track responses, interested leads, follow-ups, and outcomes using Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Conduct online research to gather relevant information as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports summarizing data entry and social media outreach efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Ability to effectively research and identify relevant leads and social media accounts.
- Good written English skills with a professional tone in communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Confident and proactive approach toward online outreach activities.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent productivity.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in data entry, social media outreach, lead generation, or social media management is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and research skills are encouraged to apply.
- The role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs32,000.
