Master Data Executive

About the job

The Master Data Executive is responsible for supporting the maintenance, accuracy, and governance of enterprise master data across organizational systems. Working within the MDM and MDG framework, the role ensures master data records are complete, consistent, and compliant with established data governance policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain master data records for all SAP Modules including vendor, customer, material, and asset data within ERP or MDM platforms
• Perform data cleansing, duplication, and standardization activities in line with data quality standards
• Follow and adhere to the organization’s data governance framework, SOPs, and data management policies
• Coordinate with business units and relevant teams to validate, enrich, and complete master data records
• Log, track, and escalate data-related issues through the MDG workflow in a timely manner
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on data quality KPIs, completeness rates, and governance metrics
• Support data migration and system integration activities by providing clean and structured data sets
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve data management processes and reduce duplication

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Engineering (BE) mandatory
• Fresh graduates are eligible to apply

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling and reporting
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus
• Basic understanding of MDM tools or data governance platforms is desirable
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or Power BI is beneficial but not required.
