What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a sharp-minded Data Scientist to join our remote team.
This role is best suited for someone who is adept at using software especially excel and google sheets.
This is a leadership role that will require strategic thinking, technical aptitude, and exceptional writing and strategic thinking skills, coupled with the ability to communicate with precision and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating Databases In Excel / Google Sheets From Scratch: you will be building databases - many of which will be Private Markets data (Limited Partner Data and Investor Data)
- Product Creation and Strategy: Driving product creation, development, and strategy to align with business goals.
- Software and Data Expertise: Overseeing software usage, testing, and analysis to ensure seamless integration and performance across tools.
- Database Management: Driving database creation, optimization, and analysis to support informed decision-making and scalable growth.
- Value-Centric Communication: Articulating the what, why, how, and who behind all initiatives, focusing on overarching themes and precise messaging.
- Prospect and Client Interaction/Sales: Building strong relationships with prospects and clients by delivering tailored solutions and ensuring exceptional customer engagement.
- Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies and spearheading process improvements across teams and workflows.
- Lead Generation: Developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads and expand the company's market presence.
- Marketing and Business Development: Crafting and implementing marketing strategies that align with business development goals to fuel growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a leadership role with proficiency in business development, product strategy and operations.
- Ability to articulate value, processes, and key concepts with clarity and impact.
- Skilled at synthesizing facts, processes, and strategies into actionable insights
- C1-level English proficiency with an emphasis on flow, clarity, and factual correctness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace especially Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on big-picture goals.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
- Full-time availability during Eastern US business hours (9 AM – 5 PM).
