Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with banking partners to maximize bancassurance distribution opportunities and increase sales volume.
  • Utilize customer relationship management software and digital banking tools to manage client interactions efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • Coordinate the client onboarding process by collaborating closely with banking partners and internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and strict adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bancassurance products and services to provide accurate information and customized financial solutions tailored to banking clients needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all bancassurance operational procedures and regulatory standards to protect company interests and uphold client trust.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, customer engagement, and process effectiveness to prepare comprehensive reports guiding strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within CRM and policy administration systems to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders including bank representatives, underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to align strategies and improve the overall client experience.
  • Monitor trends and innovations in digital banking and insurance technologies to recommend and implement advanced solutions that support business goals.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and resolve issues raised by banking partners and clients to ensure consistent service excellence.
