Executive Officer - RM - Bancassurance

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a diligent Executive Officer specializing in Relationship Management for Bancassurance. Responsibilities
 

• Collaborate effectively with banking partners to promote and manage the portfolio of bancassurance products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and risk assessments to support bancassurance product offerings and optimize portfolio performance.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, including banking institutions, customers, and internal departments, fostering trust and ongoing collaboration.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for business growth and improvements within bancassurance operations.
• Prepare, review, and present detailed financial and operational reports utilizing Excel and data management tools to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure strict compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and banking standards in all bancassurance activities to mitigate risks effectively.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Assist in designing and executing strategies to enhance customer experience and increase product uptake across banking channels.
• Monitor key performance indicators, compile progress reports, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve bancassurance results.
• Support and contribute to training and awareness initiatives for internal staff and banking partners regarding bancassurance products and procedures.
