Design Sales Executive

Tech Design Hive is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Discord/Twitch Team Leader and Sales Executive to lead a dynamic sales team focused on Twitch and Discord design solutions. This role requires a professional with strong sales capabilities, excellent client relationship management, and leadership skills to drive revenue growth between $500 and $5000 per sale. The individual will manage a team of 30 sales experts and will be responsible for ensuring team performance while maintaining high standards of customer engagement and retention. The position involves working night shifts from 9 pm to 6 am and offers competitive commission, bonuses, and attendance allowances.Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team of 30 members to achieve individual and team sales targets within the Twitch and Discord design markets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that generate consistent revenue growth between $500 and $5000 per transaction.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and client retention.
• Oversee lead generation activities and optimize client acquisition channels to increase the sales pipeline.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales progress, and analyze customer engagement analytics for informed decision-making.
• Coach team members through the Salesforce Leadership Development Program and provide continuous training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Monitor market trends related to Twitch and Discord design services and adjust sales approaches accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews to maximize productivity during the night shift hours from 9 pm to 6 am.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting team achievements and areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages communication, accountability, and professional growth.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction levels.
