MAB Lubricants is seeking a dedicated Business Manager to lead and oversee business operations within the lubrication sector. The candidate should be based in Hyderabad to effectively coordinate with local operations and stakeholders. The Business Manager drives the company's growth by implementing robust business strategies and improving operational workflows. This position involves close collaboration with various departments, monitoring key performance indicators, and steering projects to success. The role requires a focus on optimizing business processes to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage a team of 15 employees to meet organizational objectives and maintain high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with the companys goals and growth targets.
  • Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners through a structured communication management plan.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights on progress and challenges.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of business functions and project execution.
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives by understanding client needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high ethical standards.
