Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who has practical experience in Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Content Posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor ad performance, reach, engagement, leads and conversions
• Manage KBC's social media platforms
• Daily posting and uploading of posts, reels and stories
• Create and maintain an effective social media content schedule
• Stay updated with social media trends and marketing strategies
• Coordinate with the creative/content team for required marketing material
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Improve social media engagement and overall online presence

Requirements

• Previous experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing
• Must know how to run and manage Meta Ads
• Good understanding of Facebook & Instagram
• Experience in social media posting and page management
• Basic knowledge of ad targeting, audience selection and campaign optimization
• Creative mindset with good communication skills
• Experience in e-commerce or fashion industry will be preferred
