SEO Executive (Local SEO)

Shariq Enterprises is a fast-growing digital solutions company specializing in Digital Marketing, Web Development, AI Automation, and E-commerce Services. We are currently expanding our digital marketing team and looking for a motivated SEO Executive with a strong focus on Local SEO. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the online presence of various businesses by improving their local search visibility and achieving higher rankings on Google. This role requires practical experience with Google Business Profile management, local keyword research, and competitor analysis to drive impactful SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and maintain Google Business Profiles (GBP) to maximize local search impact.
- Conduct comprehensive local keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement targeted Local SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Optimize websites and individual pages to boost local search performance.
- Create and tailor location-specific content to engage target audiences effectively.
- Build and manage local citations and acquire quality backlinks to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and overall SEO performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Identify SEO-related issues and recommend actionable improvements to enhance results.
- Prepare and present regular SEO performance reports and updates to the team.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and best practices in Local SEO to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably with a focus on Local SEO.
- Practical knowledge of Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and management.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, citation building, and backlink strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail in monitoring SEO performance and trends.

The position is based in DHA Phase 5, Karachi, with working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The compensation package includes a basic salary plus allowances, with a monthly pay range of Rs35,000 to Rs65,000.
