Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher to manage delivery schedules, coordinate with drivers, and ensure timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Monitor real-time delivery operations and resolve any issues or delays.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide route guidance and updates.
• Track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate service completion.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, orders, and delivery times.
• Use dispatching software and GPS systems to optimize routes and reduce delivery times.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to address client inquiries or complaints.
• Ensure drivers adhere to safety regulations and company protocols.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve dispatching efficiency.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with dispatching software and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Job Specification

FULFLLD is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Dispatch operations in the field of Supply Chain in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require customer-support, problem solver, dispatcher, order fulfillment, strong communication skills, dispatch, customer, operations, service, activities, software, customer service, client, safety, regulations, performance, metrics, logistics, gps tracking, communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 100k to 150k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
