Driver

Pakistan Facilities Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to provide safe and timely transportation services for both office and home needs. The ideal candidate possesses a thorough knowledge of Karachi routes and traffic regulations to ensure efficient navigation and adherence to safety standards. With at least five years of driving experience and a valid driving license, the Driver will be responsible for operating assigned vehicles with care and professionalism. Punctuality, trustworthiness, and a courteous demeanor are essential qualities to maintain a positive environment and meet the organizations expectations. This role requires the Driver to maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition by performing routine inspections, monitoring fuel usage, and arranging timely maintenance. The Driver must also comply with all traffic laws and company policies, ensuring safe travel at all times. Flexibility in working hours is important to support varying transportation needs, and assisting with minor errands when required will be part of the daily responsibilities. This position does not involve managing a team but demands a high level of individual accountability and responsibility.
Responsibilities
 

• Provide safe and punctual transportation for office and home requirements, navigating efficiently through Karachi routes.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle, ensuring it remains in good operating condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical issues and coordinate timely maintenance.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines to guarantee secure travel at all times.
• Accurately keep records of fuel consumption and travel logs to maintain transparency and support operational efficiency.
• Assist with minor errands and additional transportation-related tasks as requested by the company.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courteous behavior while interacting with company staff and external contacts.
• Be flexible with working hours to accommodate the varying schedules and transportation needs of the organization.
