E-Commerce Supervisor – NOW / Same Day Operations

Rotational Shifts: Morning & Evening.
Location: DA Club, DHA Phase II, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily NOW/Same Day order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Monitor picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery activities to meet operational KPIs and service standards.
• Coordinate with store, warehouse, delivery, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues and order escalations.
• Track order performance, delivery timelines, cancellations, and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Manage team scheduling, productivity, and adherence to operational SOPs.
• Prepare daily operational reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in E-Commerce, Retail Operations, Logistics, or Last-Mile Delivery.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and operational reporting.
