Role Description The Early Childhood Educator is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. The educator will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, activities, and play-based learning experiences that support early childhood development. Daily responsibilities include creating a safe, inclusive classroom environment, observing and documenting children’s progress, and communicating regularly with families and school leadership. The role also involves designing creative learning materials, organizing classroom routines, and collaborating with colleagues to align with school-wide curriculum and standards.
Qualifications

 

• Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication with children, families, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Development to design age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Creativity Skills to develop engaging activities and educational materials.
• Experience Working With Children in early years settings, such as preschools or kindergarten.
• Organization Skills to manage classroom routines, learning resources, and documentation.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to create inclusive, culturally responsive, and child-centered learning environments.
• Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
