Job Description

We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Executive on behalf of our client, an established organization managing international brands across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to independently manage assigned marketplace accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and backend search terms.
• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations through Amazon Seller Central and other seller platforms.
• Monitor account health, listing status, customer feedback, and marketplace compliance.
• Resolve suppressed, inactive, restricted, or underperforming listings.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, pricing, and product research.
• Implement strategies to improve product visibility, organic ranking, conversion rates, and sales.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, order performance, and marketplace trends.
• Use tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, and other analytics platforms.
• Analyze sales, advertising, traffic, and conversion data.
• Prepare regular performance reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales, profitability, and return on investment.
• Monitor Amazon advertising performance and support campaign optimization.
• Manage promotions, discounts, coupons, and marketplace events.
• Identify new product and marketplace growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with content, design, advertising, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Communicate professionally with clients and participate in account review meetings.
• Stay updated on marketplace policies, algorithms, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon or Walmart marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center and eBay operations.
• Strong understanding of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with Helium 10, Keepa, or similar marketplace tools.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to analyze sales, advertising, inventory, and account performance data.
• Understanding of Amazon account health, compliance, and marketplace policies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• Willingness to work the evening/night shift on-site in Bahadurabad.
