We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our e-commerce team.
Experience Required: 2–3 years
Industry: E-Commerce / Online Retail & Wholesale
Experience in Fashion & Apparel is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat.
Handle orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and order status updates.
Assist US-based customers professionally and resolve concerns on time.
Follow up with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.
Handle cold calling when required for order confirmation, customer support, and customer retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipment, product, and order-related issues.
Work with Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom CRM systems for order and customer management.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in e-commerce customer support.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing US customers is required.
Knowledge of order management, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Cold calling and customer retention experience preferred.
Experience in fashion, apparel, or online clothing retail will be considered a plus.
Must be professional, responsible, and able to handle customer issues calmly.
