We are a growing eCommerce company specializing in Amazon Wholesale and Brand

Partnerships. We work directly with brands, wholesalers, and authorized distributors to resell products across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and our own website. We are expanding our brand portfolio and are looking for a dedicated professional to manage brand approvals and partnerships.


 

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Amazon Wholesale Brand Approval Specialist who will be responsible for identifying potential brands and distributors, initiating contact, and managing communication until full brand authorization is secured. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and hands-on experience in Amazon wholesale brand approvals.

This is an onsite position and requires a proactive individual who understands wholesale sourcing, brand outreach, and compliance requirements for major marketplaces.


 

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential brands, wholesalers, and authorized distributors

• Use AMZScout for brand hunting and product research

• Use Keepa to analyze product history, pricing trends, sales performance, and buy box data

• Initiate contact with brands via email, phone, LinkedIn, and official contact channels

• Present our company professionally to secure authorization to resell products

• Manage end-to-end communication with brands until final approval is obtained • Collect and organize required documents such as:

o Brand authorization letters o Wholesale price lists o Distributor agreements

• Maintain detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, and approval status

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with approved brands

• Coordinate internally with sourcing and marketplace teams


 

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Amazon Wholesale or Brand Approvals

• Strong hands-on experience using AMZScout for brand hunting

• Strong expertise in using Keepa for historical product analysis and decision making

• Deep understanding of Amazon Wholesale model and brand authorization process

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Ability to negotiate and professionally represent the company

• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven


 

Job Type & Location

  • Salary Range: 50,000 – 70,000 (based on experience and expertise)
