Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division for an Education Counselor / Sales Executive. The role involves guiding prospective students through program selection, university options, and country choices aligned with their academic background and career goals. The Education Counselor / Sales Executive will conduct counseling sessions, respond to inquiries in person and via phone or online channels, and explain admissions, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate student records, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into applications and enrollments. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams, participation in student events or seminars, and meeting sales and counseling targets while providing a high standard of professional advice.
Qualifications
 

• Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to understand global study options and admission processes.
• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, helping students make informed academic and professional decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in education consulting, student recruitment, or sales in the education sector is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Comfort with working towards targets, managing multiple cases, and using basic office and CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
