THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Email Designer who can create clean, high-performing, brand-consistent email designs for eCommerce brands.
This role is not just about making emails look beautiful. It is about designing emails that are easy to read, easy to scan, and built to support conversions.
You will work closely with copywriters, Klaviyo managers, project managers, and account managers to turn campaign ideas, brand guidelines, and email copy into strong visual layouts.

Working Hours: 8 hours/day

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Email Design
You will design email creatives for eCommerce brands, including:
Promotional campaigns
Product launch emails
Abandoned cart emails
Welcome flow emails
Post-purchase emails
Winback emails
Back-in-stock emails
Educational and brand storytelling emails
You will create layouts that are visually strong, conversion-focused, and aligned with each brand’s identity.

Marketing Visuals
You will translate client goals and campaign ideas into compelling visual concepts.
This includes:
Email templates
Email sections and layouts
Product-focused visuals
Promotional graphics
Supporting marketing creatives when needed
Your designs should support the message, not distract from it.

Collaboration
You will work with copywriters, Klaviyo managers, project managers, and account managers to make sure every email is clear, polished, and ready for execution.
You will:
Understand the campaign goal before designing
Follow copy structure and brand guidelines
Ask questions when details are unclear
Take feedback and revise designs when needed
Deliver work on time without needing constant follow-up

Quality & Detail
You will be responsible for making sure your designs are clean, consistent, and ready for review.
You should pay attention to:
Visual hierarchy
Spacing
Readability
CTA placement
Brand consistency
Mobile-friendly layout thinking
Product presentation
Design clarity

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience in graphic design, email design, digital design, or marketing design
Strong proficiency in Figma
Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and design principles
Experience designing for eCommerce, DTC brands, marketing agencies, or digital campaigns is preferred
Ability to design emails that are both visually appealing and conversion-focused
Strong portfolio showing clean, modern, and commercially useful design work
Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt to different brand styles
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience designing email campaigns or email flows
Experience working with Klaviyo teams
Familiarity with eCommerce brands and product-based marketing
Experience designing for mobile-first email layouts
Understanding of how design impacts clicks, conversions, and customer experience
