Engineer

The Engineer will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections and ensuring operational excellence within tank environments and oil and gas facilities. This role demands meticulous attention to industry regulations and safety standards to maintain asset integrity and minimize risks. The candidate must demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, a solid understanding of engineering principles, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with technical teams and external stakeholders. Although this position does not include team management responsibilities, it requires strong interpersonal skills to work cohesively with multidisciplinary professionals and contribute positively to project outcomes.
Responsibilities
 

• Perform comprehensive inspections of tanks, pipelines, and equipment in oil and gas installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular assessments focused on identifying potential risks or operational inefficiencies within oil and gas facilities.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation, highlighting findings, corrective actions, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with clients such as PSO and PARCO, ensuring that project requirements and quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement technical solutions and maintenance plans based on inspection outcomes.
• Apply knowledge of codes and standards relevant to oil and gas operations and tank maintenance to guide inspection processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting the oil and gas sector.
• Communicate findings and technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate site activities with project managers and contractors to ensure smooth operational workflows.
