Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Hyderabad. The position involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support Hidaya Foundation’s operational and donor-facing systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and integrating front-end user interfaces with back-end services, writing clean and secure code, managing databases, and optimizing application performance. The role also includes troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, and contributing to technical documentation and continuous improvement of systems.
Qualifications

 

• Candidates should possess strong Software Development and Programming skills relevant to full stack web applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, optimize performance, and design efficient solutions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical colleagues.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales and stakeholder engagement awareness to understand donor and partner needs when building solutions.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, or similar) is beneficial.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, prioritize multiple tasks, and contribute to a mission-driven, inclusive work environment.
