Why this role

Our English content spans product docs, user guides, and a steady stream of material translated from Chinese — and right now the voice and quality shift depending on who wrote it. You're joining to be the person who makes all of it read like one company wrote it: clear, accurate, and on-brand. You'll set the standard teams write against and become the name they ping before anything ships in English. In 12 months, you'll own the style guide and glossary the whole organization relies on, and English content quality will be something the business stops worrying about.

What you'll do

• Edit English content across product and business documents to a publishable bar — grammar, clarity, consistency, and brand voice
• Review and refine Chinese-to-English translations so they read idiomatically, carry the right terminology, and flow naturally
• Own the English style guide and glossary end-to-end, keeping terminology aligned across every team that writes
• Polish user-facing product materials — manuals, instruction guides, technical documents — alongside product and localization teams

What you'll bring

Non-negotiables

• Native-level English with full command of grammar, punctuation, and style
• Have edited or proofread professional content to a published standard
• Read Chinese well enough to judge whether a Chinese-to-English translation is faithful and idiomatic
• Have built or maintained a style guide or glossary that other people actually followed

Bonus

• Worked with CAT tools such as Trados, memoQ, or Smartling
• Edited content in finance, securities, futures, or digital-asset trading
