English Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented English Teacher to connect with our target audience on LinkedIn — including potential clients, collaborators, influencers, or candidates. The ideal candidate understands how to craft personalized, professional messages, optimize LinkedIn usage for engagement, and build authentic relationships that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement:

• Manage and grow the company’s or team leader's LinkedIn presence.
• Draft professional, grammatically sound messages for outreach to clients, partners, influencers, or potential hires.
• Research and connect with relevant industry professionals, groups, or communities on LinkedIn.
• Assist in writing posts, captions, and messages that reflect proper tone and structure.
• Monitor responses and maintain follow-ups to increase engagement and conversions.
• Identify and segment relevant audiences on LinkedIn (e.g., decision-makers, influencers, potential clients, talent, etc.)
• Execute direct outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messaging, InMail, and connection requests.
• Personalize messages and engagement based on the prospect’s role, industry, and potential interest in our services.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement with leads or prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, HR) to align outreach with campaign objectives.
• Track and report engagement metrics (responses, conversion rates, connection growth, etc.)
• Support content distribution and comment engagement to increase visibility and interactions.

Requirements:

• English teacher with Strong command of written English and professional tone.
• Experience in LinkedIn lead generation, outreach, or business communication.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, automation tools is a plus point.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and outreach tracking systems.
• Ability to conduct research and adapt messaging to different audience personas.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
