Full job description

Transformation International Society looking for a highly energetic, proactive, and organized professional to work closely with the Chairman and support the smooth operations of our Wellness Clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a can-do attitude to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the Chairman’s daily activities, schedules, and priorities.

Arrange and facilitate clinic visits, meetings, and operational activities.

Act as a communication bridge between the Chairman and staff

Ensure prompt execution and follow-up of the Chairman’s directives.

Handle administrative and operational tasks independently.

Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage documentation.

Support the overall efficiency and growth of clinic operations.

Requirements

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Professional appearance and conduct.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.

Previous experience in healthcare, clinic management, administration, or executive support will be preferred.

She must be Multitasking

She must have psychology background

MS Office aur basic computer skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
