EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Officer for its Product & Strategy division. This role requires a professional with at least three years of experience in product management and strategy implementation within the insurance or investment sectors. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of insurance and investment products, and excellent stakeholder management capabilities. This position focuses on supporting the development and execution of product strategies to enhance the companys market position and customer satisfaction. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it demands the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and engage with multiple stakeholders to achieve strategic goals. The Executive Officer is responsible for managing the product lifecycle, conducting market analysis, and preparing detailed documentation and reports to drive informed decision-making. Proficiency in creating professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint is essential to communicate product strategies and performance effectively. The position requires someone who values precision and clarity in documentation and who can contribute to the continuous improvement of product offerings by understanding market trends and customer needs within the insurance and investment domains.
Responsibilities
 

  • Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with the companys objectives in insurance and investment sectors.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for product improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, ensure alignment, and facilitate product-related initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed business cases, product documentation, and strategic reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Create clear and impactful presentations using PowerPoint to communicate product performance, strategy updates, and research findings to senior management.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and prepare analytical reports to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards related to product development and documentation.
  • Contribute to the documentation processes to enhance knowledge sharing and maintain accurate records of product strategies and changes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and underwriting, to ensure cohesive product launches and positioning.
  • Identify risks and issues related to product strategy delivery and propose actionable solutions to mitigate them.
