Executive Officer - Product & Strategy

The Executive Officer is responsible for managing the product lifecycle, conducting market analysis, and preparing detailed documentation and reports to drive informed decision-making. Proficiency in creating professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint is essential to communicate product strategies and performance effectively. Responsibilities
 

• Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with the companys objectives in insurance and investment sectors.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for product improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, ensure alignment, and facilitate product-related initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed business cases, product documentation, and strategic reports to support decision-making processes.
• Create clear and impactful presentations using PowerPoint to communicate product performance, strategy updates, and research findings to senior management.
• Monitor product performance metrics and prepare analytical reports to track progress against strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards related to product development and documentation.
• Contribute to the documentation processes to enhance knowledge sharing and maintain accurate records of product strategies and changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and underwriting, to ensure cohesive product launches and positioning.
• Identify risks and issues related to product strategy delivery and propose actionable solutions to mitigate them.
