Job Description

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented Executive Officer to support the Retail Health and Corporate Benefits Operations. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience and expertise in benefits administration, corporate health plans, employee benefits administration, health insurance claims processing, and mastery of MS Office applications. This role involves reviewing and managing documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The Executive Officer contributes to maintaining well-organized physical and digital filing systems, supports the management team with daily operational tasks, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication within the corporate benefits environment. The position requires strong analytical skills to utilize healthcare data effectively, helping improve process efficiency in the Corporate Benefits department. The individual must be proactive in managing project timelines and documentation, demonstrating exceptional communication skills to report and coordinate with stakeholders promptly. The successful candidate will adapt quickly to new technologies and processes, ensuring accurate maintenance of regulatory and corporate records essential for audit and compliance purposes. This role does not involve team management but demands a committed and organized professional who thrives in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
 

  • Review incoming and outgoing documentation thoroughly to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring error-free processing of corporate benefits materials.
  • Maintain, update, and organize both physical and digital filing systems with high accuracy, ensuring all company documents are easily accessible and retrievable.
  • Support the management team by assisting with daily operational tasks including efficient coordination and high-speed data entry activities.
  • Track project timelines diligently, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and submitted before deadlines to avoid delays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and coordination of retail health and corporate benefits operations.
  • Utilize healthcare data analytics to support decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency within the Corporate Benefits department.
  • Manage and maintain content within digital filing and content management systems, ensuring data integrity, ease of access, and adherence to company policies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication by effectively conveying information, coordinating tasks, and promptly reporting issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Apply proficiency in MS Office applications to create, edit, and manage reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents critical to daily functions.
  • Adapt quickly to new processes, technologies, and team environments to maintain consistent productivity and contribute positively to departmental goals.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of regulatory and corporate records related to retail health benefits, supporting audit readiness and corporate compliance.
