Medical Representative

Nutrico Morinaga Pvt Ltd seeks a motivated Medical Representative with strong pharmaceutical knowledge and excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with healthcare professionals by providing accurate, evidence-based information about our products while building and maintaining professional relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of product presentation, market research, regulatory compliance, and territory management. The candidate will be responsible for representing the company in the healthcare industry and ensuring that all interactions and documentation meet industry standards and regulations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in science or a diploma in pharmacy from a recognized institution, with 6 to 12 months of experience in the pharmaceutical or nutrition sectors being preferred. The Medical Representative will focus on accurate reporting, staying updated on product knowledge, and effectively managing communication channels within their assigned territory. While this role does not involve managing a team, it demands strong self-management, organizational abilities, and continuous learning to succeed in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
 

• Engage healthcare professionals by presenting accurate, evidence-based information about Nutrico Morinaga products.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with healthcare providers to support product adoption and trust.
• Conduct thorough market research within assigned territories to understand competition and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards when distributing product information and during field activities.
• Manage assigned territories efficiently by planning visits, tracking activities, and reporting outcomes to management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, and feedback to improve product strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical and nutritional product knowledge, industry trends, and healthcare developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to communicate healthcare professional feedback and product performance insights.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations that align with healthcare professionals' needs and industry requirements.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and facilitate business growth.
