Responsibilities
 

• Collaborate effectively with banking partners to promote and manage the portfolio of bancassurance products, ensuring business objectives and customer requirements are met.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessments to support product offerings and optimize the bancassurance portfolio performance.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders including banking institutions, customers, and internal departments to build trust and ensure continuous collaboration.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for business growth and service improvements within bancassurance operations.
• Prepare, review, and present detailed financial and operational reports using Excel and other data management tools to aid informed decision-making.
• Ensure strict adherence to insurance regulations, internal company policies, and banking standards in all bancassurance-related activities to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders by delivering timely updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving any potential issues efficiently.
• Assist in the design and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience and increasing product penetration across banking channels.
• Monitor key performance indicators, prepare comprehensive progress reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve bancassurance outcomes.
• Support and contribute to training and awareness programs for internal staff and banking partners on bancassurance product knowledge and related processes.
