Job Overview

We are looking for a Female Chat-Based Sales Agent to handle customer inquiries and convert chats into confirmed orders for our ladies' clothing brand.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other chat platforms.
• Handle product inquiries regarding price, sizes, colors, availability, fabric, and delivery.
• Guide customers and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Process and confirm customer orders accurately.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain daily sales and order records.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Previous experience in chat-based sales, e-commerce, fashion, or customer support is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Good convincing and sales skills.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and online shopping.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
