Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Manager role based in Karachi. The Field Manager will oversee and support field sales teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards. Responsibilities include planning and executing field strategies, monitoring territory performance, and providing regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to field staff. The role involves collecting market insights, analyzing sales data, and preparing reports to inform management decisions. The Field Manager will collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure product availability, effective promotional activities, and high-quality customer service to healthcare professionals and distributors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in field management or pharmaceutical sales leadership, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong skills in territory planning, sales forecasting, and performance analysis, including proficiency with basic reporting tools and spreadsheets.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal stakeholders while representing the company’s values and ethical standards.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry practices, compliance requirements, and quality-focused operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make timely decisions in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories and work on-site in Karachi as required by field operations.
• Prior experience with national or regional pharmaceutical companies and familiarity with the Pakistan healthcare market is highly beneficial.
