FIELD SALES OFFICER - FMCG

Human Capital HR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Cosmetics and Beauty Products industry for the position of Field Sales Officer based in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably within cosmetics, FMCG, or related consumer products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with retail outlets and customers, promoting products, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail outlets, cosmetic shops, and potential customers to generate sales and increase product visibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Actively promote cosmetic products and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding market coverage within the assigned region.
- Follow up on customer orders, payments, and ensure product availability to meet client demands.
- Prepare daily sales reports and document market visits to track progress and provide insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and gather market feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally within cosmetics, FMCG, or consumer product sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel within assigned markets to meet sales objectives.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, comfortable working independently in the field.
