This position requires a minimum of one year of experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation and customer data management. Although this role does not involve managing a team, you contribute individually to the companys growth through proactive sales prospecting and maintaining strong connections with clients. As a Field Sales Executive at Global Medcon, you act as a critical link between the company and its clients. Your deep understanding of medical products supports informed sales strategies and enhances client trust. You develop and apply sales techniques to identify and approach potential customers, manage your sales territory efficiently, and record relevant data to track progress and opportunities. This role demands a disciplined, results-driven professional who can adapt to market changes and address client needs with professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage assigned sales territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities and increase market share.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and expand the customer base.
  • Present and demonstrate products to prospective customers, providing detailed and accurate information to drive sales.
  • Negotiate sales terms and agreements to close deals that meet company objectives and client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data, sales activities, and market feedback using appropriate customer relationship management tools.
  • Perform sales prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide expert advice and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of Global Medcon.
