Job Description

Ibiz Consultants seeks a motivated International Sales Executive to expand the companys reach in global markets. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating leads, and managing the end-to-end sales process to achieve revenue targets across international territories. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in business-to-business sales and is adept at building strong client relationships with diverse cultural and business backgrounds. The position requires developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives while maintaining a deep understanding of international market trends and customer needs. As an International Sales Executive without team management responsibilities, the role demands excellent self-motivation and organizational skills. The selected individual will work cross-functionally within Ibiz Consultants to coordinate sales efforts and ensure exceptional service delivery to prospective and existing clients globally. Key competencies include lead generation, negotiation, and communication tailored to diverse international clients to drive successful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in international markets through lead generation and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients to understand and meet their unique needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales agreements while ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor global market trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, report progress regularly, and forecast sales targets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations throughout the sales process.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of Ibiz Consultants services and the industries served to better advise clients.
