Location: Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a detail oriented Finance / Documentation Intern to support our team in reviewing and tallying Bank Letters of Credit (LCs) with their respective fulfillment records. The role is suitable for a fresh graduate or undergraduate student who is organized, careful with numbers, and willing to learn basic financial documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Bank LC documents and match them with fulfillment/shipment records.
  • Tally LC values, quantities, dates, and related documentation.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information in LC and fulfillment records.
  • Maintain accurate records in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with the relevant internal team to collect missing documents or clarifications.
  • Prepare simple summary reports of matched, pending, and discrepant LCs.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly organized and updated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s student or fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial documents is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to organize documents and follow instructions carefully.
  • Good communication and follow up skills.
  • Prior internship or office experience will be a plus.

Timings: Morning Shift (Onsite)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
