The Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role in bridging finance and business operations, providing strategic financial insights to drive business performance. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making, financial planning, and resource optimization to support the company’s growth and profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct profitability assessment of the respective country/SKUs.
Coordinate with International representatives on business operations.
Ensure compliance of operations with distributor agreements.
Evaluate incentive policies on quarterly and/or annual basis.
Correspond with finance team on all operational and reporting matters.
Provide country-specific reporting on Advertising, Selling, and Promotional Expenses, comparing actuals against the budget.
Highlight expenses to the commercial team to ensure adherence to budget.
Liaison with marketing business management and advise them on financially feasible decisions.
Discuss and resolve queries related to ASP burnout report.
Conduct monthly profitability assessment of respective countries.
Monitor receivables aging and ensure the payments are received on time.


Qualification:

Qualified ACCA OR MBA Finance with 3-5 years' post qualification experience (PQE)
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in SAP/ERP FICO.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
