Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with one to two years of relevant experience in financial reporting, invoicing, and sales reporting. This role requires strong skills in MS Excel and financial reporting tools, excellent analytical abilities, and a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The Finance Officer will play a key role in supporting the financial operations by preparing reports, handling invoicing tasks, and analyzing sales data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. This position involves working closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information is available to management and stakeholders. The candidate must be able to manage deadlines effectively, maintain attention to detail, and communicate clearly with internal teams. As this role does not involve managing a team, the focus is on individual contribution, organizational skills, and delivering precise financial documentation to support decision-making processes at Fulcrum Pvt Ltd.
Responsibilities
 

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including sales and invoicing data, in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Manage the invoicing process by ensuring timely generation and dispatch of invoices to clients and proper recording in the financial system.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Utilize MS Excel and other reporting tools to develop detailed financial analyses and reports that support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect accurate financial data and resolve any reporting discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls by verifying the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
  • Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to financial transactions and reports.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to address queries, provide updates, and implement process improvements.
