Flash Fiber Officer

Job Title: Flash Fiber Officer (FFO)

Location: Karachi

Job Purpose:

The Flash Fiber Officer (FFO) is responsible for promoting and selling PTCL Flash Fiber Internet connections to residential and commercial customers. The role involves direct field sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management to increase the subscriber base. The primary focus is to convert Tier 1 competitor sales Flash Fiber.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Convert customers using competitor FTTH services to Flash Fiber.
Conduct door-to-door sales and cold calls to generate leads.
Achieve a minimum monthly target of 25 sales.
Explain the benefits and competitive advantages of PTCL Flash Fiber to potential customers.
Provide product demonstrations and clarify customer queries.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Intermediate (12th grade / FA, FSc, ICom, DCom, etc.)

Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

Other Requirements:

Own motorcycle with a valid license (mandatory).
Willing to work in a field-based role with extensive outdoor visits.
