Floor Manager – Job Description

Job Title: Floor Manager
Department: Store Operations
Reports To: Store Manager / Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned sales floor.
• Lead, guide, and monitor Sales Associates and other floor staff.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and overall performance.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, pricing, and product availability.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues effectively.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular floor walks to identify operational issues and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Cashier, Inventory, Buying, HR, Security, and other relevant departments.
• Monitor expiry, damage, wastage, and stock discrepancies and report them to management.
• Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the sales floor.
• Support promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and sales initiatives.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
• Maintain effective communication between store management and floor staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving overall branch sales and operational objectives.

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
