Product Improvement:
Optimizing existing food products for taste, nutrition, texture, cost-effectiveness, or shelf life.
Quality and Safety:
Ensuring all products comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and labeling laws.
Process Improvement:
Developing and implementing new food production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Sensory Evaluation:
Conducting sensory evaluations and consumer testing to assess product appeal and acceptability.
Collaboration:
Working closely with production, marketing, quality control, and other teams to ensure product success.
Staying Updated:
Keeping up with food industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of formulations, tests, and processes.
Troubleshooting:
Investigating and resolving quality or safety issues.
Special Tasks:
Any other assignment given by senior management.
