Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk logs
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Handle courier and dispatch activities
  • Support administrative and office coordination tasks
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
